About: Join us for a day of discovery and empowerment, as we look at ways in which we, as women, show up in the world.
Liz will be leading discussion on:
• the ways in which we unconsciously hold ourselves back from putting ourselves forward for jobs/auditions
• how we can re-wire our learned behaviours, to serve us better when it comes to challenging situations
• the positive impact on our mental and physical wellbeing that comes from living an "authentic life" as a professional musician/mother/wife/sister/daughter/etc.
