A wide-ranging training day for choral leaders with one of the most exciting and versatile vocal groups in the world.
A fun, inclusive and wide-ranging training day for both experienced and developing choral leaders, which will look at:
- mental, physical and vocal warm ups for individuals and ensembles.
- different styles of music including renaissance, contemporary classical, spiritual, jazz and pop.
- creativity, soundscapes and ways in which you can use this in rehearsal with choirs of all ages and ability levels.
- learning songs by heart, and fun ways to develop complex harmony and rhythm without using sheet music.
- Q&A: we want to be answering your specific questions, and discussing challenges you face, so do come with topics to discuss!
- networking: the room will be full of people who share the same drive, determination and motivation to create great choral music.
