Basic Conducting Skills

Saturday 3rd February 2018

Polish Millennium House, Bordesley Street, Birmingham, B5 5PH

New to conducting choirs and want some help? Been conducting for a while and want to refresh your skills? Thinking about starting your own choir?

Join us for a day of practical skills development with Liz Garnett! We'll cover the fundamentals you need to warm up, rehearse and direct a choir, to help you lead your singers with confidence. We anticipate that participants have a basic ability to read staff notation, though if you work mostly from ear there will be tips to help you with leading your choir too!

Cost £60 abcd members, £70 non-members
