Join our Director of Training, Amy Bebbington, for her own highly recommended course. CLP will appeal to freelance choral directors, music teachers, community musicians, singers and anyone interested in choral leadership and pedagogy. It is an online choral leadership course created and delivered by Amy (conducting) with guest contributions from Julie Bale (vocal/yoga).

Content includes:

Warm ups
Vocal technique
Conducting technique and how to practise
Kinaesthetics and gesture
Rehearsal planning and pacing
Repertoire sourcing and creating programmes
How to teach a song
Ear training/musicianship for choirs
Live discussions with international guest speakers including Bob Chilcott, Mia Makaroff, Anthony Trecek-King

Leading Singing in Secondary Schools: Get them singing, keep them singing: Twilight training sessions online for anyone working with singers of secondary school age Each session includes 60 minutes of training plus 15 minutes for discussion.
