There is still time to get an application in for next year's North West Honour Choir with Bob Chilcott. The booking deadline has been extended to the end of January to allow people to get Christmas and New Year festivities over with, however, places are limited, so if your pupil or child is keen on taking part, do get the application in as soon as possible!
The choir has been running on an annual basis since 2007 and attracts young people from all over the north west region. It is helpful, but not essential to have some experience of singing in a choir and to be able to read music, but the most important thing is a love of singing. Bursaries may be available in cases of real financial difficulty. There are three Saturday workshops and the third is followed by a public concert. It is a unique opportunity to work to a high standard with one of the leading composer and workshop leaders of today.
