A day for young people interested in leading singing
If you're aged between 18 and 25 and interested in leading a choir, or already have some experience and would like to learn more, this Young Conductors Day is for you!
Neil Ferris will lead this day of active participation, observation and ideas at the Pearce Institute in Glasgow. No previous experience is necessary, but the course is also suitable for those who would like to develop their conducting and vocal technique. Participants will also have the chance to conduct Strathclyde University Chamber Choir in an individual masterclass.
The Young Conductors Day will take place on 25th October at the Pearce Institute, 840 - 860 Govan Road, Glasgow, G51 3UU., and costs £20 for abcd members, £25 for non-members.
