As a choir we are seeking a new Musical Director to take up post in September 2018.
The Fellowship Singers of Shirley has been in existence for over 60 years. It currently has around 40 members and is based in Shirley, Solihull, West Midlands. Choir members have a mixture of musical ability but are used to singing in four-part harmony. The choir sings a variety of music and enjoy the support of a skilled piano accompanist. Typically the choir performs three concerts a year and rehearse on Sunday evenings from 7.30pm -10.00pm in St James' Church House. The choir are seeking a friendly, supportive Musical Director who will continue to provide musical direction and creative energy to this long established choir, and to help in the recruitment of new members.
