Portsmouth Festival Choir are seeking a Music Director to start 1 September 2018. The choir (SATB) of 50 mixed voices rehearses on Monday evenings during the term time with a professional accompanist. Our recent seasons have consisted of three concerts, a 'Come and Sing' day and an afternoon Workshop, which have taken place in Portsmouth Cathedral and other local churches, and our most recent concert was a performance of Handel's The Passion of Christ with Neil Jenkins and six soloists from the Royal College of Music, accompanied by the Chichester based Consort of Twelve.
