The North Downs Consort, a chamber choir of about 25 voices rehearsing in Woldingham on Monday evenings, wishes to appoint a new Musical Director. The choir would prefer to appoint from January 2019. The choir usually performs three concerts per year and has organised open workshops .
The choir has a wide repertoire ranging from early music through classical era motets and partsongs to 20th/21st Century compositions. The successful candidate will be expected to accompany the choir whilst learning works, but an accompanist can be provided on occasions where necessary.
