Pianist and keyboard player

Organisation: St Giles' and St George's, Ashtead

We are looking for a pianist/keyboard player to work with our choral director, small robed choir and other instrumentalists for a Sunday morning Common Worship Parish Communion service at St George's Church, Ashtead.

We are looking for:

• An enthusiasm for all styles of music from traditional choral music to contemporary worship music
• An excellent music reader with a high level of musicianship
• A willingness to play the organ for occasional hymns/pieces (manuals only would be fine)
• The ability to work positively and supportively with musicians across a wide range of ages and abilities.
• The ability to communicate well and work collaboratively as part of the music team

Fees: RSCM rates are payable, with additional remuneration for special services such as funerals, weddings and carol services at which the candidate may be invited to play.
