Musical Director Cowal Choral Club Dunoon
Established in 1943 we are a vibrant mixed voice choir with over fifty members and a good balance of SATB parts. Our wide repertoire includes classical as well as modern and lighter pieces. Our concerts are often supplemented by professional soloists and orchestral musicians. Our Musical Director has retired on health grounds and we are looking to recruit a new MD to start in January 2020.
The Musical Director is responsible for planning our annual programme. Other duties include participation in work of the committee and influencing the development of the club. We have two concerts a year in May and December which they will conduct. They will lead the choir's weekly rehearsals on a Monday night from January to May and September to December.
