Mosaic Chamber Choir, one of Surrey's leading chamber choirs, is looking for an experienced and ambitious Musical Director to start in in September 2020.
Mosaic is a high calibre, auditioned, mixed voice choir with a wide repertoire ranging from Gibbons to Gjeilo, putting on three or four concerts each season. The choir has an accomplished accompanist who is also Assistant MD. Rehearsals are every Monday evening during term time from 7.30pm to 9.15pm in Woking, Surrey.
This is an exciting opportunity for an MD with vision, enthusiasm, dedication and excellent choral directing skills to take on a thriving and dynamic chamber choir. They will be responsible for leading rehearsals and programming all singing engagements and will play a part in the management of the choir. The position is remunerated, commensurate with experience.
