Ringwood Musical and Dramatic Society Choir is seeking an enthusiastic, energetic and inspirational Musical Director to start in January 2021 or as soon as is possible after that date.
We are a long-established, amateur, mixed voices choir of around 35 members. Our current MD is leaving us after 15 years. Under her professional direction we are used to singing a complete variety of styles including classical, jazz, pop and show tunes and in several languages including French, German, Latin, Russian and Indian!
We rehearse in Ringwood, Hampshire, on Thursday evenings and usually perform 3 concerts at Christmas and 3 in the summer. We are fortunate to have the services of a skilled, professional accompanist for rehearsals.
