The vacancy has arisen for Stanmore Choral Society following the appointment of our MD, Harry Bradford, to the English Baroque Choir. It is anticipated that the MD will start in September 2022 with the option to start in April 2022.
We are a friendly and enthusiastic choir of about 40 adult members and are keen to attract new members. We rehearse weekly in term time for about 3 concerts per year. We perform a range of sacred and secular choral works as well as a variety of other genres of music such as light opera, jazz and showtime songs.We rehearse on Monday evenings 7.45pm - 9.45pm in the church hall of St William of York, Du Cros Drive, Stanmore HA7 4TJ.
