We're a non-auditioning mixed voice and ability community choir who are looking for a new dynamic leader to start as soon as possible. There is a solid core of 12/15 members but prior to lockdowns we expanded to 25+ and we'd like to grow!
Friendly and welcoming, not all of us read music. There is no accompanist so piano skills for rehearsal and performance are essential. We are musically open-minded and have tackled a wide range of repertoire from choral classics through to folk, jazz, musicals and popular arrangements. The choir has a committee to support the Director's creative decisions.
Rehearsals take place in Guildford, Surrey on a Wednesday evening from 19.30 to 21.00
