Taplow Choirs (Director: Gillian Dibden) seeks an exceptionally talented and committed Choir Trainer for the high regarded Taplow Children's Choir and Taplow Boys' Choir. Rehearsals Saturday mornings in term time. To start September 2022.
These Choirs are part of a structure of four set up in 2004 by Gillian Dibden and Philip Viveash. Still thriving, they are funded through parental fees, concert profits and very occasional donations. We are seeking an exceptional conductor/choir trainer/teacher, to develop further and enhance the standard of these two young non-auditioned, choirs.
Rehearsals are on Saturday mornings in termtime. The choirs have regular concert performances, home and away, one, or occasionally two, per term. Links have been made with local choral societies and local charities. Dates for the year are usually set in advance, with extras being rare, and inserted only after consultation.
Closing date 4th June; Interviews 18th June.
