We are a group of 30+ members of mixed ability and formed in October 2014. Our repertoire stretches from choral to contemporary with more than a passing fondness for musicals and pop songs from the 60s!
We meet on a Monday evening from 7.00 to 9.00pm at St. Joseph's Church Hall in Stonehouse, Gloucestershire, GL10 2DG.
Unfortunately our current Musical Director has had to leave us due to changes in his work commitments, and we are very sorry to lose him.
In normal times we usually do a couple of 'friends and family' concerts a year and some Christmas performances in the town for charity and the local care homes.
We are looking for someone who can enthuse us and build us back up again as our numbers have been depleted during the pandemic for various reasons.
We are a friendly group who perhaps won't stretch you to the limit but we are keen to learn and do our best. We have a reliable and cofident accompanist.
We have been paying a fee of £40 to our previous MD and would be willing to discuss an affordable and appropriate amount with our new MD.
