Dynamic Directing

A day-long workshop for conductors of all types of choirs and observers, led by Patrick Russill (Royal Academy of Music, London Oratory) and David Stevens (Newcastle Cathedral).
A chance to explore repertoire, receive conducting tuition, and conduct the Girls and Men of Newcastle Cathedral Choir.

All participants will receive one-on-one tuition in front of a class, and be able to try out their skills on the cathedral choir at the end of the day.
After Registration, there will be two groups, 'beginner & intermediate' for those with some or no experience of choral conducting, and 'advanced' for those with regular conducting experience. Each class will explore different repertoire.
