Organisation: Warley Male Choir
Warley Male Choir are seeking a Musical Director to take rehearsals, plan repertoire and to conduct on the concert stage. The choir have around 35 members but are looking to expand. They perform in approximately 7 - 10 concerts a year, one or two of which are mass choir concerts. Traditionally they sing from memory but occasionally in some concerts music is used.
Rehearsals are on Thursday evenings from 7.30pm - 9.30pm in the Warley area of Birmingham. The choir are renowned for their friendliness but also their dedication to performing to the best of their abilities. If you are an experienced choir leader or maybe inexperienced but have the musical 'appetite' to develop your directing skills then we would love to hear from you.
