Macclesfield Oriana Choir Accompanist
The Oriana Choir is a mixed voice choir of approximately 60 members and is seeking to appoint a new accompanist.
The Choir's repertoire ranges from major sacred works to smaller secular pieces. It performs 3 public concerts per year and rehearsals are held in Macclesfield from 8pm to 9:30pm each Friday evening from September to June during term time, with short breaks at Christmas and Easter.
The key responsibilities of the accompanist are to:-
Provide piano accompaniment at all rehearsals under the direction of the conductor
Accompany the Choir at concerts
