Sussex Voiceworks is seeking a permanent accompanist from March 2020 and welcomes applications from suitably experienced pianists.
Sussex Voiceworks (www.sussexvoiceworks.co.uk) is a thriving, mixed voice, amateur choir with around 70 members and Musical Director Sarah Forbes. It performs a wide range of classical and popular music and performs with professional soloists and instrumentalists.
The choir rehearses from 7.15-9.15pm on Mondays between early September and late June (apart from Bank Holidays) at St Peter's Church Hall, West St, Shoreham-by-Sea, West Sussex, BN43 5WG. It performs around 3 concerts per year, plus charity events such as Carols for the RNLI, and hosts music workshops open to all. It is developing links with youth and school choirs in the area and is due to perform the Faure Requiem in March with the West Sussex Youth Choir and the Collyers Choir.
