Bristol Choral Society is pleased to invite singers to apply for Choral Scholarships in all voice parts (SATB).
Open to singers aged 18-30, or students in full or part time music education, it is ideal for aspiring professional singers wishing to develop their choral singing and sight reading and as a means of broadening repertoire.
Scholarships run for a year and can commence at the beginning of any term in the season and are worth £1000.00.
Successful candidates will be expected to attend weekly rehearsals in central Bristol on Wednesday evenings 19:15 - 21:30 in term times, in addition to around four performances a year.
There will be some solo/quartet/semi-chorus opportunities and a chance to receive coaching from the choir's Musical Director Hilary Campbell.
